Per-company user counts, estimate volume, and salesman leaderboards. Estimate revisions are collapsed to one logical estimate (value averaged); contractor-deleted estimates are excluded. Activity is measured from estimate timestamps.

Contractor-portal accounts that haven't loaded the site in 30 days or more. Optionally add a short note, then click Mark for refresher — they'll be sent to a training video on their next sign-in and won't get back into the dashboard or calculator until they acknowledge it. (Ops crew have their own inactive monitor on the Time Clock → Activity tab.)
Unified feed of recent events from the past 14 days — estimates created, time-clock punches, and ops-admin actions. Use this tab to spot who's been busy / quiet, and as a sanity check after role changes. Layout is a first-pass starter; iterate as you find what's useful.
